Top of the Rock – the view during fall

You can’t live in the concrete jungle and not spend at least some of your time visiting the top of the skyscrapers.

We’ve done most of the popular ones now including the World Trade Centre and the Empire State Building but the Rockefeller Centre is definitely a firm favourite.

Its not my favourite building from outside, but once on the roof you get to look out over the other buildings such as the iconic Empire State Building and Chrysler Building and around the other side you get to view Central Park.

Another bonus with the Rockefeller is you can benefit from both indoor and outdoor viewing areas, and there is plenty of space on three different levels for all the visitors.

Now I’m a fan of Central Park at all times of the year, but after a recent visit during fall, we decided to head to the Top of the Rock specifically to gaze over the park in its full autumnal glory.  As you can see from our photos below, we weren’t disappointed.

For more info on heading to the Top of the Rock visit their website.

Zooming in on those views.

How amazing is Central Park in the fall?

We love those colours.

New York City.

Empire State Building.

This one divides opinions!
